Today, in our class, we cooked the portuguese recipe Caldo Verde.

| First, we checked if we had all the ingredients - onion, potatoes, collard greens and sausage. |

| Then, the students had a chance to cut potatoes and collard greens, peel the onion and chop the sausage. |
 |
| After boiling water, we put all the potatoes to cook with half a sausage and the onion. |
